EBSS Families and Friends
Our Parents and Citizens' Association works alongside the school to enrich the lives of our children and the wider community. We hope to leave the school a better place for our children and future generations.
What we do:
- Put on events to build the school community
- Fundraise to provide resources, supplies and activities for our children
- Tuckshop treat days on Thursdays
P&C activities include Mother's Day and Father's Day stalls, tuckshop, Budgie Cup inter-school sports days, special food days and a variety of fundraising events such as disco nights. We can always use a helping hand, so please contact us if you can spare a few hours - we'd love to meet you!
P&C Meetings
All parents and interested citizens are welcome to join and attend P&C meetings. It's a great way to meet other parents and keep tabs on what's happening at the school. All meetings are held at school on Tuesday nights at 6pm.
Volunteering
The P&C is made up of volunteers and we work together to support the school and our community. In the coming months, there will be plenty of opportunities to help out in various ways, big and small. We believe in the mantra that many hands make light work and encourage parents and people in our community to meet and get involved.

EBSS Uniform Shop
The P&C has made the decision to close the uniform shop at East Brisbane State School.
Parents will be able to buy uniforms directly from Hosikozi Clothing Co, Riding Road, Balmoral or the Hosikozi website. Uniforms will be available direct from Hosikozi from December 2023 onwards.
The P&C will sell off girl's blouses and a few older style shorts in large sizes at a discounted price during January 2024 until sold out, please use this link.
